Silence

“Silence : individu des solitudes, Silence nourrit nos bulles, nos ruptures, nos évolutions…”

Silence: an individual of solitudes, Silence nurtures our cocoons, our rifts, our growth.

It goes to the other place, survives in environments that are hostile or deliciously and outrageously heavenly. The ultimate solitary being, Silence imposes contemplation, the suspended time of a certain slowness. It can dance the egret, the monitor lizard, the monkey, the tree, the root and the wave (…)

Silence is free, it creates that paradox of creating its freedom in the middle of the ocean. I feel the humanity of nature, now, in this way: full of islands side by side where each experiments freedom by shaping sandy beaches with dangerous coral reefs. 

Silence: an allegory of the captive freedom that, for me, illustrates the 21st century human who bites his tail. The novelty, raised to the summit, falls back onto the desert island and dies in its solitudes. Silence on its island will decide to live and invent parallel worlds. It chooses to escape, a free spirit on an atoll.
