Choreographer Makau Foster Delcuvellerie teaches her dancers the « Sasa », traditional form of dancing of the Samoan islands. A princess has to choose a companion. The “tane” (men) dance around her. They lie face down in front of her. To dismiss the men she doesn’t like, she pretends to trample them and the dance goes on.
