Héla Fattoumi and Éric Lamoureux, directors of the CCNC/BN, love adventuring far from the stage. Already at Caen’s Musée des Beaux-Arts in 2010, they created a performance where bodies and sculptures entered into dialogue during the exhibition En perspective Giacometti.
This year, they take advantage of Un été au bord de l’eau to awaken movement in connection with certain paintings, finding inspiration as much in the canvases’ characters as in their atmosphere. Playful, the movement unfolds in four exhibition halls, offering a unique sensory experience, resonating with the themes present, and moving outside zanily and unpredictably.
Follow the White Lady and let yourself be guided along this “choreographic stroll”, giving free rein to imagination rekindled by bodies set into motion…
