With Comedy, the choreographer Nasser Martin-Gousset seizes on a stereotype: that of the 60s on jazz music by Dave Brubeck. The melody gives the illusion of a fluid life that flows naturally with Swing. Around a central motif, that of an evening, a party, where dance and drunkenness make reality take off, Nasser Martin-Gousset launches couples into the big wheel of feelings that hurt. Dizziness and a hangover, the landing never quite resembles the one we had imagined.
