‘Bounce!’ deals joyfully with failure, a universal experience and an unexpected point of departure towards new parallel paths: the start of an adventure, a burst of something new, taking stock, a rebound! The quartet moves into the space, the musicians tune up and the dancers warm up. Movements are febrile, uncertain; this monumental cube upsets both body and conscience. What happens if things don’t go to plan? It’s still important to try, alone or in a group. You have to push, get angry, climb, cry out, play, dance, murmur, sing, knock; try everything to overcome, to go further.

In this new opus aimed at a young audience and, more widely, at the whole family, Compagnie Arcosm continues its work on multilateral art and the links between dance and music, the body in sound and in movement.
 Let’s rehabilitate failure, the official booster of the imagination!
