Avis de demolition

Frontal performance. By re-appropriating a certain number of the installation’s set elements, this work offers a time of cohabitation between the dancer’s physical and virtual presence and the playing space. We then witness the demolition of this composite space to return to a unitary place, a non-place (a metaphorical loss of habitat). Only a virtual sky covers our heads. Out of this loss a long quest for the identity is born. The dance explores these states of being linked to the explosion of territories and the disappearance of boundaries. It expresses the need in such a situation to reformulate one’s private territory.
