The structure of the piece will be the repetition of one same scene/sequence incessantly mutated at each reiteration. Bodies hobbled, always reacting, in search of corporeal organization. A work on adaptation … A piece to endure…
The scene/sequence is sabotaged by both a selection of successive little modifications and by sudden massive alteration or by environmental disturbance. Degradations, hazards, unpredictable variations, abrupt mutations are staged. A normed, sexed, predictable sabotage of the bodies …
To show worn out bodies always having to reorganise themselves.
Obedient to an implacable structure of transformations, the performers can’t rest as at every come back of the scene/sequence, the adaptations lead to a new version.
Bodies are both trying to emancipate but above all they are in an unceasing evolution, as they still need to organise in order to face and endure the metamorphosis… How to persevere, how to resist ?
