Nina Schwarz
Nina Schwarz lives and works in Switzerland and on the road. Her paintings are distinguished by layers and transparency and they are consistently linked to music and motion. During her studies of Art Master at Hochschule für Kunst und Gestaltung Luzern, she spent one year at Hochschule der Künste Berlin with Prof. K. Gonschior (Fine Arts and Painting). The time in Berlin had a profound impact on Nina’s work and set off her lasting relatedness to this city. With her Lucerne diploma in her hands, she started her advanced studies in Fine Arts and Painting with Prof. F. Badur at Universität der Künste Berlin. A scholarship of UdK Berlin enabled her to participate in the KlangKunstBühne Berlin art project and in the following, she attended summer academy several times. Concurrently, she was influenced by years of personal studies by Norma Bühler Lucero Luzern, Calixto Bieto Berlin/Barcelona, Prof. J.Vasiljev Berlin/St.Petersburg, Prof. J.Rasinski UdK Berlin, Prof. N.Sharp Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, Eva Burghardt Berlin and some others. Nina realised many projects as a painter, drawer, illustrator (ninanera.net) and performer. 2013 she created the play “Air” with Elma Riza and KOLLEKTIVTRANSIT.
