David Sanchez
He enters at the age of 9 at the RCPD “Mariemma” in Madrid (Spain). He continues his formation with great masters of Spanish dance and flamenco. At the age of 15, Antonio Gades dedicated him Best dancer for his exemplary career within his company. Next year, he joined the Nuevo Ballet Español. In 1999, he joined the National Spain Ballet.
He played roles as soloist and premier dancer. Then he joined the company Antonio Marquez in 2004, where he will remain for six years. At the same time, David Sánchez is regularly solicited as an artist and teacher, in Spain and abroad.
He founded, with the choreographer Antonio Perez, the company Enclave Español in 2010. The first company ‘s piece is “En plata” (2010) and two other works will be created: “Distancias paralelas” And “Por Derecho”.
