Maud Martin

Alongside her philosophy studies and a Master’s in body staging in expressionist cinema, Maud Martin produced her first films within a directors’ collective in Tours. Starting out with documentaries derived from direct cinema, she gradually moved towards more hybrid forms. Her regular work with dancers over a period of several years drove her more and more in this direction. Today, she works as a director, supervises filmmaking workshops, and also works as a producer in a company she set up in 2008.
