Euripides is a director, short-filmmaker and performer. A graduate of the leading Karolos Koun – Art Theater drama school in Athens (1997), he went on to study in New York on an Onassis Foundation scholarship, earning an MFA in Theater Direction from Brooklyn College (Joel Zwick Director’s Award, 2002).

A Best Award Nominee at the 1998 Greek Theater Critics’ Association Awards, he has been performing since 1995, and directing since 2000. His work has been presented at the NYC Fringe, Judson Church, Dixon Place, Krain Theater NY and the 11th Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean, as well as various theaters and festivals in Greece.

His first short film Downlove, which was co-produced by an award-winning filmmaker. VideoDance Festival, garnered the Jumping Frames Award in Hong Kong and a Special Mention in Amsterdam, while his second short Scaffolding was officially selected for the 14th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival in 2012.
