Daniel Gorjão
Daniel Gorjão was born in Minde, Portugal. He studied dramatic arts at the Centro de Estudos de Fátima and followed the theater course at the Universidade Moderna and at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema.
In 2003, he performed for the company Teatro Politeama, directed by Filipe La Féria until 2009.
In 2010, Daniel created Rosa74 where he began working as a director in the play “Un jour, je just de danser un jour” which won the “Emerging TNDMII / Festival de Almada” prize (New creators / New languages at theater).
After having created different sets, he became director of the new structure Teatro do Vão in 2012.
On television, Daniel Gorjão has been a dubbing director since 2011 and since 2016 he has been a performing arts advisor at RTP2.
