Luis Fernandes

Luis Fernandes was born in France in 1976 and lived in Portugal. He is a musician and filmmaker, has a degree in Pshycology and studied art theraphy. He has worked since 2009 as an audiovisual coordinator and also works as a freelancer in the audiovisual field making documentaries and video art. His best known films are the documentary “Each Village, each bagpiper” and the video art film “Belle”.
