Ana Borralho

Since 2002, Ana Borralho & João Galante have been developing a protean body of work, hijacking and mixing genres, using performance, dance, sound or video to introduce disorder into representative categories: those of audience and performer, male and female, real and fictional. Each of their projects sets up a veritable “social device”, going beyond the boundaries of the stage to expose parcels of reality, as in Atlas in 2011, or Trigger of Happiness, their latest creation.
