Ballet de l'Opéra-Théâtre de l'Eurométropole de Metz

Since September 2012, the fourteen professional dancers of the Ballet (seven girls and seven boys) have been under the direction of

Laurence BOLSIGNER-MAY.

Thus, the repertoire includes ballets of great diversity thanks to the work provided by the various choreographers

Who has signed several creations (Cinderella, Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Nights in the Gardens of Spain, The Dream of a Summer Night, Tango, Gershwin Dance, The Appreaned Mégère, Don Juan, The Loves of Alexandre and Roxane, The Lady with the Camellias).

The dancers themselves can express their talents as choreographers, at dedicated evenings (Variations for 5 choreographers, The Seasons of Tchaikovsky).

Outside the walls, the company performs regularly within the Messina agglomeration and the Grand Est region, as well as in Luxembourg, Germany, but also on tour in Israel and Malta.

The Ballet de l’Eurométropole de Metz was invited to perform in the mythical arenas of Orange, during its famous

Chorégies, the summer of 2017 in Verdi’s opera Aida, then this summer 2021 in the opera Samson and Dalila de Saint-Saëns well
