The Centre national de danse contemporaine – Angers is a national choreography centre (CCN). Its artistic and teaching plan, implemented by Robert Swinston, director of the CNDC since January 2013, is defined from its 5 main aims: the creation of new works, artist-in-residence programmes, the development of new line-ups, publicity, and dance training in association with the École supérieure (French higher education establishment).
