The choreographer has created this piece for 8 dancers as part of the year of France / Brazil in 2009. A singular choreographic writing with bodies from hip hop, which offer a piece that cleverly breaks with the “battle” style by incarning living paintings “à la” Édouard Hooper. A Brazilian languorous show – saudade – that gives a subtle piece full of inventions and visual creations. From tenderly aerial duets to powerful acrobatic solos and insolent energy, the dances are telescoped in an original choreographic language, where the gestures are fluid, light and poetic.
