Julia Cima
Julia Cima graduated from the CNSMDP (Conservatoire national de musique et de danse de Paris) in 1995. She has performed for Odile Duboc, Boris Charmatz, Myriam Gourfink, Alain Michard, Laure Bonicel, Benoit Lachambre, Philippe Ulysse, Gildas Milin and Mathilde Monnier. She has created and performed two solo programs, two group pieces as well as commissions for festivals in France and abroad. At the same time, she works in palliative care in Paris, opens a café, teaches movement at the school of the Théâtre national de Bretagne in Rennes. She put dance on hold for eight years to train in fasciapulsology and open a practice in Paris and then in the provinces. In 2022, she responded to a proposal for a creation for the Fondation Martell in Cognac and collaborated with Jeanne Vicerial for the first time, the beginnings of a bond that still lasts.
