Jean-Marc Piquemal
Jean-Marc Piquemal is a dancer-choreographer, Laban notator, teacher and trainer in Body-Mind Centering®. He teaches at Est-Ensemble and develops his projects within the 244 association. He directed Compagnie Labkine from 2007 to 2012 with Noëlle Simonet, and assisted Béatrice Massin with her creations. He has collaborated with Loïc Touzé for compagnie ORO, Maud Le Pladec for compagnie Leda, Irène Bonneau for theater, Romana Schmalich for Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers and Evelyne Le Pollotec for compagnie Abel. In Laban kinetography, he has scored choreographies by Loïc Touzé and Latifa Laâbissi, Catherine Diverrès and Béatrice Massin. Today, Jean-Marc Piquemal is developing a pedagogy and creative processes involving the somatic and concepts of movement developed by Rudolf Laban.
